The 2025 Wickstrom Concert Series is back at The Arboretum of South Barrington for another year. Some of Chicagoland’s best cover and tribute bands are coming to The Arb’s Main Street Plaza every Wednesday at 6:30 starting June 11th and going all the way through August 13th. With premier dining options and great music all in one place, it’s no surprise these outdoor concerts have become a summer staple for the residents of the Northwest Suburbs with each concert having around 3,000 people flocking to The Arb every Wednesday. Here’s some more information about the upcoming concerts this summer.
Music Talent Coming to The Arb
Here at The Arboretum of South Barrington we look to give the community attending these shows the best experience possible and that all starts with getting some of the best bands Chicagoland has to offer. With tribute bands that take you back like The Eagles tribute band One of Those Nights and fan favorite cover bands such as 7th Heaven that are sure to get youdancing, there is a band for everyone this summer at The Arb. The full band schedule for the 2025 Wickstrom Concert Series is as follows:

Award Winning Food
Along with some rockin’ bands, The 2025 Wickstrom Concert Series at The Arboretum of South Barrington is home to many award winning restaurants who will be providing outstanding food options for concertgoers. These restaurants include Gerogio’s Chicago Pizzeria and Pub, MAGO Grill and recently opened Giostra by Fabio Viviani. Along with that Tangled Roots Brewing Company will be offering a selection of refreshing drinks. We can’t forget about that sweet tooth during these hot summer days as Scoop Society and Dirty Dough are supplying some delicious treats. Patrons will also be able to enjoy takeout from restaurants at the Arb or Sip n Shop at Tangled Roots Craft Brew & Kitchen, The Hampton Social or Star Cinema Grill.

Organizations Volunteering Their Valuable Time
Without volunteers these concerts would not run as smoothly as they usually do and this year we have some amazing groups donating their time every Wednesday. One of these volunteer groups is Shelter Inc who are leaders in the Chicagoland area for providing emotional and physical care to help at-risk children. Animals always bring smiles and this year we have three fantastic animal charities coming to bring some more cheer to the concerts. Helping Paws, Soul Harbor Ranch and BAARK Dog Rescue will be at the concert with support animals for concertgoers to interact with and learn more about the work both of these organizations do.
